Big Al’s operates three locations–one in Beaverton, one in Vancouver, Washington and one in Meridian Idaho. There’s plenty to see and do at this impressive bowling center, and it’s ideal for company outings, league bowling and all types of fun and entertainment.

Bowling specials include lower rates for youngsters and seniors, Galaxy Bowling, Power House Lanes, weekend special featuring $2 bowling and $2 shoes from 10:00am – Noon every weekend.

The on-site sports bar and grill is an impressive one, as it is “built to resemble a stadium” and features “wrap-around booth seating, exposed trusses, metal decking, concrete floors, a painted sky ceiling, four 50″ HD plasmas, eight 42″ plasmas, AND an 14ft x 55ft jumbo-tron.”

Plenty of alleys have an arcade machine or two in the corner, but Big Al’s boasts an impressive 7,000 sq. ft. arcade including games such as Big Buck Hunter, Guitar Hero, DDR and plenty more.

Finally, you can also purchase Big Al’s Fun Cards which can be redeemed for food, bowling, pro shop items or the arcade.

Lilac Lanes and Casino – Spokane, WA

Eastern Washington’s largest bowling center. In addition to the lanes, it offers a Casino, Poker Room and lounge. The Poker Room has daily tournaments Monday-Friday and nightly tournaments at 7pm. The Casino features “all your favorite table games.”

Each day features a different bowling special, including Senior Red Head Pin on Mondays, Pizza Bowl on Tuesdays, Quartermania on Thursdays and Family Fun Day on Saturdays, among others. There is also a variety of leagues offered.

Located at 363 Route 33 in Manalapan, NJ, this is a bright, 40 lane bowling alley with synthetic lanes, automatic scoring/pinsetters, fully functioning bar & snackbar areas.

Equipped with cosmic bowling, awesome bowling specials and coupons. We host children’s birthday parties, local school events and fundraisers, and corporate events. We have attached room (currently unoccupied) for a small restaurant. And we have the friendliest staff around!

An old school 16 lane alley. Wood lanes, no automatic scorer. Local, neighborhood, homey feel. Has a small snack bar, and the alley was featured in the movie Men In Black III.

Pros come in to bowl on occasion. It’s open seven days per week, with leagues most days. Inexpensive lines and shoes.

When you bowl at Van Nest you feel like you’re home.

It is an all ages (before 11pm) restaurant and bowling alley in SE Portland, Oregon. It was listed on msn.com for the best bowling alleys in the US.

12 lanes, black couches at each lane. Full restaurant and bar. An upstairs that is open on the weekends or for rent. Fireside lounges, private rooms. Super clean, super nice. Staff is fantastic. Food is excellent. Loaded tots are a must try!

Thunderbowl Lanes – Englewood, OH

I have bowled at this alley for twenty years. It is 16 lanes, has some pool tables and a few arcade games (just to help keep the kids busy).

This house has been the only place I have bowled leagues in for twenty years. There are a few people in our Sunday mixed league that have been there all of those years.

It was one of the first alleys in the area to do Rock & Bowl in the dark late at night, and in my younger days I threw a lot of balls at pins in the dark.

Just a great place to see old friends and meet new ones.

In addition to the solid leagues, this alley also boasts Dayton’s best bowling birthday parties. You can visit Thunderbowl Lanes at their official website or on Facebook.
