The Red Pin Bowling Lounge is locally owned and operated by Oklahoma City natives, and it’s an upscale destination featuring 10 lanes, a lot of modern décor and a great restaurant known as The Basement Modern Diner. The full-service bar on site features a one-of-a-kind red recycled glass bartop.
The alley is in the “bowling lounge” vein where bowlers enjoy full restaurant wait service while they roll. Every lane comes equipped with comfortable couches and cocktail tables, and “60 feet of video screens at the end … with your favorite videos, TV programs, etc.”
Things can get busy at times, especially on the weekends, so it’s recommended that you reserve a lane ahead of time if you’re looking for some Saturday night bowling or are bringing a group.
One more note to remember: it’s 21 or older to enter on Friday and Saturday after 9:00PM.
Secondly, The Basement Modern Diner features a lot of local ingredients, and features handmade burgers (such as the “Urban Cowboy” with Longhorn cheddar, panko-breaded fried pickles, crisp bacon, Boston lettuce, barbecue sauce, and black pepper aioli on toasted white butter roll) and pizzas (like the “Powerhouse,” with Crumbled bacon, pepperoni, mushrooms, sweet bell peppers, and olives.)
The drinks include shakes and floats, and if you’re looking for something sweet to cap your meal, there are a couple of “Whoopie” pies and a fruit cobbler for dessert.
